What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this
position?
Day to day this person will be developing processes in UiPath
managing the whole life cycle of projects for automation within our
company from gathering requirements, evaluating business processes,
designing and developing solutions. This roll will have a high
amount of teamwork and collaboration. Looking for someone with good
communications skills and high customer service. We are looking for
someone who understands business processes and can pinpoint to they
why versus the how. Looking for a candidate that has experience
developing (such as excel macros or C# as an example).
Job Profile Summary
Responsible for identifying, recommending and implementing
technology solutions; including robotics process automation (RPA),
in support of business activities. Assist with the identification
and prioritization of work requests, development resources, and
ensuring agreed upon service levels are met.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact regarding technology solutions;
including RPA, to meet business needs. Develop and deliver business
process improvements through technology solutions. Coordinate these
activities across business groups ensuring issues are prioritized,
assigned, and resolved
- Consult with business process owners to evaluate process
improvement opportunities and potential technology
solutions
- Assist with development of a framework for RPA governance and
project assessment
- RPA assessment including current state condition, develop
analysis and offer recommendations, vetting processes for
suitability, internal control implications, and cost/benefit
followed by developing a business case and approach for RPA
implementation
- Provide financial analysis to establish viability of potential
technology investment opportunities
- Develop RPA documentation including diagrams and design
documents in support of project efforts and best practices
- Provide oversight / lead business projects involving RPA
technology
- Interact with business users via consulting and training to
ensure effective use of RPA technology solutions
- Assist business users with continuing RPA maintenance to ensure
quality and high performance; work with IT personnel to develop
solutions to any system-related issues
- Contribute to the development and evolution of our technology
strategy and intellectual capital
- Prepare and deliver written reports and presentations
- Ensure internal controls systems are accurately documented and
working effectively
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, management
information systems, computer and information science. Technical
business master s degree such as M.S. of Finance preferred.

- Experience with Robotic Process Automation; UIPath,

- Experience with various programming languages, such as SQL, R,
or VBA preferred
- Experience connecting to databases to extract relevant
information preferred
- Experience in project lifecycle, including requirements
gathering, evaluation of available options and cost/benefit
analysis, development of implementation strategies, testing and
deployment
- Experience reseClienthing, preparing, analyzing and composing
reports, flowcharts, internal controls, documentation, manuals,
guidelines, financial data, presentations, and
correspondence
- Experience evaluating complex transactions/processes
- Experience interacting, advising and communicating effectively
with subordinates, peers and all levels of management
- Experience in use and function of office equipment including
microcomputers and applicable software

industry
