Advisor for additional specifics.ResponsibilitiesDirect services,
workflow and resources for one or more of the assigned specialty
nursing areas: Cardiovascular/Cath Lab, Surgical Services,
Emergency/Triage, Endoscopy, Adult or Pediatric/NeoNatal Critical
Care, Labor & Delivery/Women & Family.Develop departmental goals
and objectives consistent with medical, administrative, legal and
ethical requirements of the health care delivery system.Direct
clinical activities, including patient assessment, care plan
development, service level determination, patient visits, and
complaint management.Prepare and monitor budget(s) and ensure that
the assigned nursing area operates within allocated
funds.Coordinate and direct internally and externally-driven
audits.Work collaboratively with physicians, administration and
directors to develop streamlined operations where equipment,
supplies and staff are utilized efficiently and
resourcefully.Remove obstacles to achieving clinical quality,
service excellence and financial effectiveness targets.Conduct
hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of
staff.RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS
Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job
transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red
Cross Accepted.Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the
Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
transfer date required.Education:Bachelor's degree in nursing OR
diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
required.Master's degree OR combination of Bachelor's degree and
experience preferred.Work Experience:5 years of experience
required.10 years of experience preferred.2 years of leadership or
management experience required.5 years of leadership or management
experience preferred.Additional Preferences5 years of cath lab
experience and 2 years of leadership experience required.Why Join
