We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payment and Distribution Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Payment and Distribution Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing the payments and distributions process, conducting audits, resolving billing and eligibility issues, and leading various projects to improve operational efficiency.



Responsibilities:

• Track and oversee the process of payments and distributions. - - - -
• Audit client liability account balances to ensure accuracy. - - - -
• Resolve billing/distribution issues promptly and efficiently. - - - -
• Collaborate with brokers, clients, and vendors to address various issues and concerns. - - - -
• Lead and participate in projects aimed at enhancing billing and eligibility processes.
