A Mergers and Acquisition (M&A)/ Legal Senior Business Analyst
is an experienced professional responsible for leading complex
projects and initiatives, mentoring junior analysts, and acting as
a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This
role involves strategic planning, advanced data analysis, and
ensuring that business objectives are met through effective
solutions.

General Duties:
Coordinate end-to-end M&A project execution, from due diligence
to post-merger integration, ensuring milestones, timelines, and
budgets are met.
Oversee project plans from all the leads and timelines identifying
risks and mitigation strategies
Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams (HR, IT, finance,
operations)
Business Analysis & Due Diligence
Conduct due diligence assessments for the IT applications and work
with the other teams on their due diligence (IE. Finance, Legal,
etc)
Create detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership
Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external
stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout
the M&A lifecycle.
System Integration & Data Migration
Oversee system and data integration between merging entities,
including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and financial systems.
Define data mapping, validation, and cleansing strategies to ensure
accurate migration and consistency.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of M&A experience (project management,
integration)
Proven experience in structuring M&A activities
Expertise in system integration projects, including JDE/ SAP/ERP,
financial, and operational platforms.
Experience in Data Mapping, validation and integration
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Having an IT, construction, legal background is helpful
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the
incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak,
hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
Finger dexterity is necessary.
