Job SummaryThis position is a part of our Results Team and is responsible for extracting data from TEAM's online system, organizing and reporting it to various compliance systems. This is an entry-level, full-time, benefitted position with a competitive salary. An effective Data Entry Associate provides high-quality, detail-oriented data management and data entry. They must be a clear communicator and will occasionally provide customer support via phone and/or email to obtain the required information in a timely manner. A successful team member is detail-oriented, efficient, skilled in Microsoft Excel, able to recommend solutions to increase efficiency and update operational procedures and processes as needed.   • Enter results as requested by manager including BATs, instants, and physicals per internal protocol paying special attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of data entry and reporting
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting to address inaccurate or incomplete results received
  • Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner
  • Update results as needed by staff or customers
  • Support results inquiries and functions
  • Other duties as assigned by managementRequired Qualifications and SkillsExperience: Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma with 1-3 years of professional experience.Computer Skills:
    • Minimum of 7,000 keystrokes per hour
    • Extremely high level of computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDFs ? ability to edit and create, scanning)
    • Expert level proficiency with Microsoft ExcelSoft Skills Required:
      • Communication ? Ability to communicate effectively with others clearly and concisely.
      • Detail Oriented ? Ability to pay attention to the minute details of the project or task.
      • Organized ? Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.
      • Humble - Ability to admit one's mistakes, be open accepting and willing to hear constructive feedback.
      • Self-Confident ? The trait of being comfortable in making decisions for oneself.Work EnvironmentThis job operates primarily in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
