Job Description:
We have an opening at our Yale office. The role of a Data
Analyst requires the completion of a data analyst or related
associate degree, certificate or other related training. Bachelors
degree or equivalent in business administration, data science,
statistics or in a healthcare administration related field
preferred.Two years of experience as a data analyst or in data
management, including developing dashboards using Excel is
preferred. Advanced level skills using Excel (e.g., pivot
tables/charts, using shapes, and textboxes) and familiarity with
Power BI required. Experience with creating and maintaining health
metric dashboards or other outcome measures is preferred.
Experience working with electronic health records a plus.The
starting annual salary for Business Data Analyst is $60,000.00.Do

Expectation:Data Analyst supports efforts in demonstrating
effectiveness in meeting grant, or program(s) outcomes through data
collection, monitoring, and reporting; including compliance
statistics, and other KPI's and outcomes related to established
internal procedures and external accreditation and grant reporting
requirements; measures progress toward targeted performance
improvement goals; and completes special projects and ad hoc data
requests.Special Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Demonstrated
analytical, conceptual thinking and can demonstrate an in-depth
understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management
decision-making or problem solving.Ability to visually present key
information that can consist of different elements, charts, tables,
icons, and interactive controls that can be easily and quickly
interpreted.Ability to work independently with moderate latitude
for the use of initiative and independent judgment in fulfilling
job responsibilities.Understanding of data analysis, data
relationships, data evaluation and reporting data quality
measures.Uphold CRS Code of Ethics by conducting professional
activities with honesty, integrity, respect, fairness, and good
faith in a manner that reflects positively upon the
organization.Example Of Position Responsibilities:Data collection
and management across clinical programs. Collect, clean, and manage
data from various sources, including electronic health records
(EHRs), client management systems, and surveys. Ensure data
accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with relevant
regulations and standards.Reporting and visualization activities
across clinical programs. Create and maintain dashboards, reports,
and visualizations to communicate key metric and findings to the
clinical team. Work with QAQI manager to prepare and present
regular reports on performance indicators, program effectiveness,
and other relevant data.Assist with Strategic Planning. Provide
data-driven insights to support strategic planning and
decision-making process. Contribute to the development of
strategies and plans based on data analysis.Quality Assurance.
Conduct quality assurance checks to validate data accuracy and
reliability. Assist with ODMHSAS reviews and CARF accreditation
preparation. Conduct quantitative chart reviews within all programs
to ensure services comply with regulatory requirements and reports
findings to supervisor.Other Duties: Perform other duties as
assigned by Supervisor.Physical Requirements: Must be able to move
from location to location, bending, stooping, walking up steps at
housing facilities, lifting 25 pounds with or without
