Coordinator-RN Utica Park Clinic (UPC) is part of Ardent Health

Education RN engages in clinical rounding and management
collaboration to identify learning needs and address clinical
practice gaps. Responsible for assessing, planning, developing,
promoting, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating clinical
education initiatives. Facilitates clinical orientation and
onboarding, competency management, and preceptor program. Fosters
collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, promotes
evidence-based practice, and supports quality improvement efforts.
Monitors resource allocation and utilization related to educational
activities. Supports clinical information system services (e.g.,
databases, learning management systems, electronic health records).
Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure
compliance and patient safety.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES Engages in clinic rounding to
identify learning needs and address professional practice gaps.
Orientation & onboarding: Develops curriculum, delivers training
and Revises education in response to best practice and performance
for all newly hired back office staff Competency management:
develops, coordinates, manages, facilitates, conducts, documents,
and evaluates competency programs to support ongoing assessment and
evaluation of clinical performance and practice. Education:
Assesses, plans, develops, promotes, implements, coordinates,
evaluates, documents, and revises appropriate educational
initiatives to address practice gaps for identified target
audiences to achieve specific outcomes related to identified
deficits or opportunities for improvement in knowledge, skill, or
practice. Professional role development: assists others in their
professional role development, practice role transitions, and
succession planning through identification and development of
strategies to facilitate a continuous process of ongoing
professional development. Collaborative Partnerships: collaborates
with leadership, clinical managers and peers to share expertise in
planning, decision making, communicate performance concerns where
applicable, and provide timely updates to achieve the desired
results Maintains Autoclave Logs and assigns training and
corrections when indicated. Evidence based practice & quality
improvement facilitates evidence based practice activities and
supports quality improvement activities as required by practice
area Supports clinical information system services (ie. Databases,
learning management system, electronic health records) Monitors
resources allocation and utilization by considering cost
effectiveness of resources used and timely identification of
resource needs. Coordinates maintenance and repair of equipment as
needed

Technical or vocational training in medical office and/or clinical
skills
RN License Work Experience:
Medical Office
Customer Service
SKILLSExcellent written/verbal/telephone communication skills are
essential, along with basic computer knowledge, and medical
terminology knowledge. This position will adhere to all policies,
procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and
