Responsibilities include: Delivering speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 20 middle school students Conducting assessments, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring in alignment with educational goals Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to enhance student communication skills Managing documentation and compliance with school district policies Adapting therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs at a single school site Qualifications: Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP CCC preferred) SLP CFY candidates are encouraged to apply Experience or interest in school-based speech-language services Effective communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Location: Fayetteville, AR The position is part time, one day per week, specifically designed to cover maternity leave.
