you’ll work directly with production, inspection, and leadership
teams to uphold the integrity of the products we make and deliver.
From audits and data analysis to troubleshooting on the floor,
you’ll play a hands-on role in improving systems, preventing
issues, and ensuring we consistently meet internal and customer

Do: Develop and maintain internal quality systems, documentation,
and inspection criteria Lead or support audits (internal, customer,
regulatory) and maintain audit readiness Investigate product
defects, production variances, or customer complaints using
structured root cause analysis Track quality trends using reports,
metrics, and feedback; communicate findings and drive improvements
Partner with production teams to ensure understanding and adherence
to processes and standards Assist in training programs for new
hires or process updates related to quality and compliance Stay
current on industry standards (e.g., ISO) and ensure company
alignment Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering,
manufacturing, or a related technical field 3 years of experience
in a quality-focused manufacturing environment Familiarity with ISO
9001, FMEA, SPC, or similar quality tools Excellent organizational,
documentation, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft
Office and quality management software Bonus: Quality
certifications such as CQE, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Work
Schedule & Environment: Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
(1-hour lunch) Environment : On-site in a manufacturing facility
with exposure to equipment, variable temperatures, and noise
Occasional travel may be required for audits or vendor inspections
