Job Description Job Description Job Title: 2nd Shift Fitter/Welder PAY: $22–$26/hr Location: Tulsa, OK SHIFT: 2nd Shift | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM WELD TEST: MIG / Flux Core / TIG ? Job Summary: A GREAT Tulsa company is seeking experienced Welders to join their growing team in a climate-controlled facility. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders who take pride in their work and want to join a stable, well-established company. Required Experience: - 1–3 years of on-the-job welding experience (MIG, TIG, and Flux Core). - Must be able to pass a MIG/Flux Core weld test. - Basic math skills required. - Strong understanding of volts and amps and ability to make proper adjustments. - Must follow all safety policies and procedures. - Must pass a background check. Physical Requirements: - Willingness to work frequent overtime. - Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. - Must be comfortable working at elevated heights (ladders, scaffolding, aerial lifts, etc.). - Able to lift up to 50 lbs (raw/fabricated materials, equipment, or tools). - Capable of working in hot and cold environments. - Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and stooping required; occasional climbing onto equipment. - Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods (minimum 8-hour shift). - This position is safety sensitive. - High School Diploma or GED required.
