Job Description Job Description Direct Hire – Design Engineer (Mechanical / Product Engineer) Pay : $95,000 – $105,000 per year HireCall is hiring a Design Engineer for a valued Tulsa client specializing in multi-axis robotic positioner systems integrated with six-axis industrial robots. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering long-term stability, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits. Key Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical positioning equipment for robotic applications Create detailed SolidWorks models, perform analysis, and generate engineering drawings Apply practical knowledge of structural analysis, welding, machining, and assembly processes Independently manage projects from concept through installation and implementation Collaborate with internal teams and maintain positive customer relationships Travel as needed for project execution and customer support (up to ~10%) Required Qualifications Associate degree required in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field 5–7 years of strong work experience in a manufacturing or aerospace facility Proficiency in SolidWorks (modeling, analysis, and drawing creation) Practical understanding of structural analysis and manufacturing processes Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Ability to self-manage projects and meet deadlines Willingness to travel (primarily scheduled, with occasional short-notice 1–3 day trips) Benefits Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match 100% vested at time of hire Paid Time Off If you meet these requirements, please submit your resume to teresa.harmon@hirecall.com or call 918.933.5560 to schedule your interview with Teresa.
