Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Solid Works / CNC professional to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality, custom packaging components. Your expertise in Solid Works and CNC technology will be instrumental in driving the company's continued success. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and program CNC machines to fabricate specialized packaging parts and components - Utilize Solid Works and other CAD/CAM software to design and develop custom packaging solutions - Ensure the quality and accuracy of all machined parts, adhering to strict production standards - Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols Qualifications: - Proven experience as a CNC Operator and/or CNC Programmer - Proficiency in Solid Works and other CAD/CAM software - Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and programming - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Commitment to safety and quality standards Working Conditions: This position is based in a production facility environment and may involve physical labor, such as lifting and moving materials. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with the potential for occasional overtime as needed.
