Job Description:

Project EngineerTulsa, OK$80-120K + bonus We are recruiting for a global food manufacturing company in the Tulsa, OK area. The Project Engineer will drive capital projects. The Project Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate team functional capability and identify gaps within the project team.
  
• Provide leadership for an effective and cohesive team.
  
• Lead the team in identifying non-capital alternatives or lower capital options.
  
• Ensure excellence in adherence to PSM, SHE, MIQA, GMP and export controls.
  
• Define and analyze KPI's.
  
• Responsible for the development and implementation of Project Quality Plans.
  
• Manage overall project expenses up to $30MM.
  
  Job Qualifications:
  
  
  
  • Bachelors of Engineering degree required. Chemical Engineering preferred.
    
  • Professional Engineering and/or PMP certification preferred.
    
  • Experience in pharmaceutical / food manufacturing is a must.
    
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
    
  • Experience managing projects totaling $500,000 and above.
    
  • Experience with SAP/R3, Documentum, SOX project reconciliation, MS Project, and 3D Modeling Software.
