This and other rn jobs brought to you by NursingJobCafe.com Client seeks a Registered Nurse for a full-time, permanent position for an RN Program Manager at their company located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The RN Program Manager will have accountability for operational oversight of company COVID solutions, flu vaccines and other product offerings. This role is key in implementation, ongoing operational oversight and defining strategies for enhancing processes to ensure leading measures and key performance indicators are met.
Program Manager will be utilizing analytic and project management skills to lead teams that promote patient throughput, and identify improvement opportunities in the areas of quality, operations, and patient satisfaction. The Program Manager will also creatively apply his/her skills and experience to develop and implement solutions, lead ad-hoc projects, analyzing performance metrics and providing practice support to company's clinical operation teams.

Ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with 3+ years of managerial level responsibilities in a healthcare environment. Project experience within the healthcare administrative system, quality, logistics or patient flow is strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Registered Nurse or similar degree is strongly preferred. Primarily based in Tulsa, the position requires travel on an as needed basis and active collaboration with other Company clients.
