Director, Finance, Health Plan Management and Business Operations Saint Francis Healthcare Service - Wilmington, Delaware Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:The Director of Finance, Health Plan Management and Business Operations administers, directs and coordinates all the finance, business, and contractor and logistical operations of Saint Francis LIFE program for two LIFE Centers (Wilmington and Newark).--Saint Francis LIFE is a provider, an insurance health plan, and a Medicare Part D Provider and this Director position has responsibility to manage all facets of claims administration, Third Party Administrator contract management, and reporting.--

• Areas of key responsibility include finance and accounting, budgeting, revenue management, procurement, inventory management and control and operational management of Transportation, Building/Environmental Services, Property Management, Food Services, Environment of Care and Safety/Security.--
• Also has key responsibility for provider relations with CMS, DE DHSS and network providers.
• This position assists the Executive Director in developing and managing strategic and business plan for PACE expansion.--
• Accounting functions and financial reporting are coordinated with Saint Francis Healthcare, Inc. Finance Department, and Trinity Health PACE as appropriate. Participates on the senior leadership team of Saint Francis LIFE with the Executive Director, the Medical Director, Quality and Compliance Director, Marketing, Communication and Education Director, and Clinical Operations and Participant Services Director.Education: BS in Accounting or Finance or related field; master's degree preferred--Experience:
  • Minimum of 10--years business and financial management experience with demonstrated progression in responsibilities
  • 5 - 10 years' experience in a health care setting, in a capitated environment is preferred
  • 5 - 10 years' experience managing diverse business operations and functions
  • Advanced accounting principles and experience preparing financial statements
