REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Agriscience/Agribusiness or related field Demonstrated experience in profit and loss accountability Previous management experience (5+ years) in agronomy operations, to include Ag Technology Experienced in leading successful sales professionals and developing new sales talent Superior organizational and project management skills Valid driver's license, with acceptable driving record PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Background in Agriculture ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Serve as a positive representation of Heritage Cooperative's Core Values
