The Nurse Director of Med Surg and ICU will report directly to the CNO. The Nurse Director of Med Surg and ICU will also have a large scope of support. The Nurse Director of Med Surg and ICU will be supported by over 70 of some of the most experienced staff RN-s, Nurse Managers, Nurse Supervisors, techs, and more

The Nurse Director of Med Surg and ICU will utilize their 5-10 years of nursing leadership experience to run both the Medical Surgical and Intensive Care Unit fiscally, operationally, and administratively correct. The Nurse Director of Med Surg and ICU must be able to create an environment that promotes growth of staff.
