Director of Dietary Services Job Details Level: Management Job Location: Parkside Hospital - Tulsa, OK Job Shift: Day Job Category: Health Care Qualification: Parkside seeks a Certified Dietary Manger The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a hospital setting. Description This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and supervises all aspects of the Dietary Service Department. Supervision includes staff, menu planning, meal preparation, meeting national patient safety goals, special menus, customer service, and the safety and sanitation of the department. The DSD is responsible for procuring food and supplies. Ensures quality patient/client care that is in compliance with regulatory requirements, professional standards and the facility's policies and procedures. Participates in continuous quality improvement activities. This position provides excellent benefits, including 23 days of PTO in the first year and 7 holidays.
