We want to ensure that everyone knows the excitement that comes from working deeply on a problem, task or concept and experiencing breakthrough moments.Position Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing the HRIS portion of the district's enterprise resource planning tool, maintaining security settings, and working closely with the talent management, compensation, and payroll teams. Additionally, the manager will partner with key stakeholders and functional teams to coordinate modifications and enhancements to the ERP tool and ensure continuous improvement throughout the district. This position will also oversee processes in data management in other HR data systems and will be responsible for routine and as-needed local, state, and national reporting.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration, Information Technology, BusinessAdministration, or related field OR at least 5 years experience in related role with increasing levels of responsibilityProficiency with ERP and HR data systems required, experience with MUNIS highly preferred Strong working knowledge of HR systems, processes, and data reporting At least 3 years experience working with school systems or other public organizationsResponsibilities and Essential Functions: The following duties are representative of performance expectations.             • Collaborate with Talent Management and other district departments to evaluate system effectiveness and improve and redesign business processes to increase efficiencies and ensure continuous improvement.
              • Troubleshoot system usage and performance issues and work with appropriate parties to resolve these issues.
                • Create and maintain processes to ensure upkeep of HR information systems and enable effective reporting.
                  • Ensure consistent record keeping across systems and maintain data quality standards to ensure that relevant data is easily accessible
                    • Lead and/or assist in the implementation of new information systems and technology that interfaces with HR data systems and ensure that there is a centralized repository of knowledge and best practices related to these systems.Explore and implement opportunities for automation of processes in Talent Management. Trains or assists Talent Management team members and other district offices in efficient and effective usage of data systems.* Must be willing and able to perform other duties as assigned based on the needs*of the organization.Skills and Abilities Required: The following characteristics and physical skills are important for the successful performance of assigned duties:Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, specifically MUNIS Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including advanced Excel skills), Google Suite, and digital collaboration tools Ability to analyze large amounts of data and distill learnings into actionable next steps Strong written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of human resources in a school district settingSupervisory Responsibility: May supervise some direct reportsWorking Conditions: Exposure to the following situations may range from rare to frequent based on circumstances and factors that may not be predictable.
                      • Regular Office environment, including frequent use of electronic email, being able to sit for long periods of time without a break, etc.
