Energetic, dynamic, and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative for NaturChem, you will sell Vegetation Management Services to commercial and municipal customers. This is a B2B, outside sales position.NaturChem, Inc. is a privately-owned business with several locations across the US providingVegetation Management Servicesto public and private commercial markets. Our services include Industrial Weed Control, Stormwater Maintenance/Repair, Turfgrass Management, Invasive Species Control, and other Vegetation/Weed control methods. Outside Sales Representatives at NaturChem are problem solvers.     • Focus on cold calling type sales with a positive, confident, and persistent attitude
    • Contact, attend, and close deals through pre-set meetings
    • Ability to speak confidently and effectively communicate to customers in different environments, from a parking lot to a boardroom
    • Input leads, opportunities, proposals through CRM
    • Achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas
    • Achieve weekly and monthly sales activity quotas
    • Works closely with Sales Manager and the Operations Team
    • Ability to perform Vegetation Management services during field training portion of onboarding
    • Overnight travel required (5-7 nights per month)
    • Industrial Sales Experience Preferred, but not required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Computer and phone literacy and strong administrative abilities
    • Manage sales pipeline through NaturChems CRM process
    • Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a teamby Jobble
