Job Description:

an integrated community behavioral health model of care intended to
provide integrated, evidence-based, trauma-informed,
recovery-oriented and person-and-family-centered care. The CCBHC
offers the full array of CCBHC-required mental health, substance
use disorder (SUD) and primary care screening services.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Associate Chief Program Officer and
Chief Program Officer - Women in Recovery & Women's Justice
Programs.
- Ensure innovative program development and clinical management
of services directly related to terminations, graduates and family
members of the WIR program in an effort to reduce recidivism,
maintain recovery and connectivity.
- Provide program oversight to clinical supervisor, therapist,
case manager, peer recovery support specialist, employment
specialist, and volunteers.
- Lead and manage program for results: CCBHC program fidelity and
success, quality and financial goals, staff productivity, and
client outcomes.
- Manage existing community partnerships while developing new
community relationships that will positively serve the growing WIR
graduate community.
- Oversee and manage data collection and program metrics and
adjust service delivery based on graduate needs, evidence-based
research and best practices. -
- Collaboratively assist in monitoring and reporting Pay for
Success contract. -Requirements:
- Master's degree in mental health or social service related
field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years clinical, management and supervisory
experience.
- Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT in the State of
Oklahoma.
- Additionally must have Substance Abuse experience or LADC.
- Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver License and satisfactory
driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations
other than primary office. [Mileage reimbursement provided when
