Aquisitions Manager

We are looking for an automotive Aquisitions Manager who can manage an experienced team of Buyers for thr largest dealership group in Oklahoma. Must have 10 plus years of Pre Owned Sales Management experience. Must be energetic, passionate, highly motivated and ready to guide and lead an outstanding sales team to success. With sales volume on the rise, we need a leader with a proven track record of exceptional customer service, sales skills and training abilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Buyers and other Aquisitions Staff
• Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in dealer management
• Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales
• Buying Experience
• Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
• Work with each salesperson & manager to work on specific goals and objectives that are set and established.
• Create a positive sales culture for the team & create a "team" atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
• Conduct Sales meetings.
• Maintain a balanced inventory in new and used sales.
• Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meets it goals in sales.

  Compensation
  
  Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
  
  Physical Requirements:
  • The physical requirements of the position are MEDIUM in intensity.
  • Must be able to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.
  • Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.
  • Constant - Reaching, sitting, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing.
  • Frequent - Repetitive motion.
  • Occasional - Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 20lbs.
    Physical Working Conditions:
    
    This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to: temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with operating and auto dealership.
