Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Renewals Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive renewals strategies to improve
customer retention rates and increase revenue growth
Monitor and analyze renewal pipeline, collaborate with Customer
Success to identify potential risks, and maintain notes and status
to report on the pipeline to Leadership
Build and maintain strong relationships with key account team
members from Sales and Customer Success to help drive renewal
discussions and execution
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a
related field
5+ years of experience in sales, customer success, renewal
management, or account management roles
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic renewal
plans, forecast renewals, and meet or exceed renewal targets
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with the
ability to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools
