Freight Broker / Relationship Manager
Job Summary

Responsibilities and Expectations (include, but not limited to):

• Prospect, research and initiate contacts to establish new relationships.
  
• Expand relationships with new and existing clients.
  
• Evaluate client s needs and use Bronco resources to meet their needs.
  
• Negotiate pricing with shippers and carriers.
  
• Utilize industry tools and Bronco provided resources.
  
• Collaboratively work with other departments to properly manage customer needs.Essential Skills, Characteristics, & Experience:
  
  • Ability to work independently (self-motivating; hungry to add value) and manage time to achieve goals.
    
  • An understanding of industry trends.
    
  • Background in customer service.
    
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
    
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce platform and Transportation Management Systems.
    
  • Preferred minimum of 1 year experience.Travel may be required to meet with new and existing clients.
