**Location: Tulsa, OK. - This is an hybrid position for those
already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK**
The Client Success Manager plays a vital role in the company's
success by focusing on ensuring the satisfaction and ongoing
success of its clients. This multifaceted role involves building
and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding
their unique needs, and providing tailored support to address any
challenges they may face. The Client Success Manager serves as the
main point of contact for clients, offering timely assistance,
resolving issues efficiently, and facilitating smooth communication
between clients and internal teams. Moreover, they proactively work
to drive value from the company's products or services by
demonstrating their benefits, assisting with onboarding and
training, and identifying opportunities for optimization. By
fostering positive client experiences and advocating for their
needs within the organization, the Client Success Manager
contributes to long-term client satisfaction, retention, and
growth.
