Position Overview:

Arrowhead Consulting is seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for staff -augmentation for existing and new clients, owning relationships as the project manager. -This position will report directly to the Company Owners and will be located in a hybrid -setting in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The IT Project Manager will focus on IT infrastructure -projects and must be adept at using scheduling tools. Government sector experience is -preferred.





Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Own relationships with clients as the project manager, serving as the primary -point of contact and maintaining clear communication throughout the project -lifecycle.
  
• Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, including implementation and -software development initiatives.
  
• Utilize agile methodologies to drive project execution and adapt to changing -requirements and priorities.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and -stakeholders, to ensure project success.
  
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, using scheduling tools as necessary.
  
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  
• Facilitate project meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and organizational standards.
  
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior -management.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related -field, preferred.
    
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on IT implementation or software -development projects.
    
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
    
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track -record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
    
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies.
    
  • Experience working in the government sector is preferred.
    
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure projects, including network infrastructure, system -upgrades, and software deployments.
    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively -interact with clients and stakeholders.
    
  • Proficiency in using scheduling tools, such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, or -Jira.
    
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to -changing project requirements and priorities.
