Job Description:
A company is looking for a National Tax Manager focusing on the
Affordable Care Act, eligible for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients on the Affordable Care Act and other tax
specialties
Assist in developing the national tax practice through business
development and mentoring staff
Manage and deliver client projects, including analysis, preparation
of calculations, and IRS filings
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or a JD (LLM
preferred)
5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with ACA or other
tax specialties a plus
Experience working with the IRS and responding to IRS notices is
preferred
Valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, intermediate or advanced level
required
