Job Description:

Project Manager GDH Consulting has partnered with a leader in the energy industry in need of an infrastructure Project Manager. This is a direct hire role with one of Tulsa's best. Description Provide project management expertise to plan, organize, control and deliver multiple projects. Plan and manage multiple projects including development of project scope, goals, costbenefit analysis of proposals, estimation of budgets, timelines, deliverables, implementation strategies, and resources required for successful and timely completion of projects. Define the scope, risks, potential issues and resources of projects. Establish deadlines, assign tasks and monitor and summarize progress of projects. Monitor and manage project risks. Provide leadership and strategic direction to the project teams. Ensure effective team identification of project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies act as an escalation point for the teams and implement effective mitigation strategies by taking corrective action to achieve resolution project goals. Collaborate with leadership to secure appropriate resources and people to complete assigned projects on time, on budget, and within scope. Escalate barriers, issues and risks to meeting timelines and deliverables to appropriate stakeholders concisely for decision making. Communicate regularly with project team members regarding responsibilities to manage expectations. Manage the development and delivery of presentations across multiple settings including but not limited to Smalllarge groups Executives Stakeholders Peers Manage project status reporting according to prescribed timelines for a given project. Develop measurement processesmethods for assessing progress towards goals and project outcomes. Align processes, systems, management practices and other resources to ensure the projects meet or exceed goals established in project plans. Identify where process improvement is needed. Determine what adjustments to make and how to implement facilitates the implementation to team members, management, and business. Analyze methods for continuous improvement within the company's Project Management Framework for Project Life Cycle processes. Oversee the various work streams of activities in the project, including timeline, quality of work, risks, and issue escalations. Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job. Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Preferred Bachelor's Degree CS, MIS or related field or an equivalent combination of formal education and job-related experience Experience in project resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting. Experience ability managing multiple, concurrent, major projects. Experience developing IT Processes, delivery practices, educating business functions on effective Project Delivery Practices. Experience in project management productivity tools and software. Experience coordinating teams from various workgroups, managing relationships with internal and external participants and eliciting cooperation from sources including but not limited to o Upper management o Clients o Vendors o Other Departments o Experience with strategic and critical thinking. o Experience developing information and conducting formal meetings.
