Early Intervention Specialist - Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity working with the pediatric population (children birth to 3 years)? Thom Child & Family Services is currently hiring Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP). These are unique opportunities to support infants and toddlers who have or are at risk for developmental delays and their families in home, community, and center-based settings.Positions available throughout Massachusetts: West Newbury/Haverhill, Lowell, Woburn, Waltham, Boston, Norwood, Marlboro, Worcester, Westfield, and Springfield. (Please indicate preferred location(s) in cover letter)As an Early Intervention Specialist - OT, PT or SLP you will be responsible for providing assessments, consultations and treatment/therapy services to infants, toddlers, and their families. You will work in a coaching model, partnering with parents/caregivers to ensure service delivery is individualized, meaningful for the family, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Through this collaborative process you ensure families' priorities, needs, culture, and values are prioritized.Joining a Thom Child and Family Services Early Intervention Program means collaborating with a multidisciplinary team as part of the largest and most established early intervention agency of its kind in Massachusetts.
