mission of an Adventure Dental Associate Dentist is to provide
preventive and restorative dental care for all patients as well as
instructing staff on how to assist in patient treatment and
educating parents and patients regarding preventive

continually improve the patient experience and the practice.
Compliance: Follows all Company policies and procedure and
proactively report any concerns of non-compliant behaviors observed
or learned of occurring in the practice.Mission Driven &

service and responding promptly to patient needs. Competently
examine patients, diagnose diseases and effectively treat and
perform all necessary procedures. Educate: Develop a friendly
relationship with the parents and patients for all who call
Adventure Dental their dental home. Educating parents and patients
regarding all aspects of treatment and staying informed on latest
dental treatment techniques are important aspects of providing a
quality dental experience to the patients we serve!Compassionate &

Manager and Lead Dentist in pursuit of the practice's goals.
Collaboration: Provide camaraderie and inspiration to peers and
dental auxiliary team by (1) displaying passion and optimism (2)

fast-paced environment with team and (4) including staff in
planning, decision making and process improvement. Hero
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Hero Practice Support
Center team to (1) implement new programs and initiatives (2)
provide feedback and ideas on improvement areas.DESIRED
SKILLSClinical Skills: Command of dental concepts and skillset,
including thorough knowledge and experience in pediatric dentistry.
Must be comfortable having other dentists directly observe them in
treatment for education and training purposes. We encourage parents
to be present in treatment areas with their child.Coach & Mentor:
Experience improving others' skills, talents, and aspirations.
Computer Skills: Able to easily navigate typical applications,
including those used for our electronic medical records and HR
information.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust be a graduate of an
accredited U.S. Dental School.Current dentist license in the state
where the practice is located preferredMedicaid Provider number and
NPI number preferred.Responsible for keeping license active,
current and in good standing.SALARY & BENEFITSFull-time, exempt

desired performance goals.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis position
requires full range of body motion. While performing the duties of
