Responsibilities What You'll Do The Registered Nurse-Inpatient
Rehab is responsible for delivery of patient care through the
nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and
evaluation. The successful candidate will be able to: Coordinate
all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing
practice standards Collaborating with other professional
disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery
and the achievement of desired patient outcomes Contributing to the
provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement
techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care
Collect patient's health data Analyze assessment data in
determining patient problems Identify expected outcomes
individualized to the patient Develop a comprehensive plan of care
that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes
Qualifications Education/Licensures/Certifications: Current
Oklahoma RN license or eligible for issue of OKBON Graduate Nurse
Pernit CPR certified from American Heart Association or American
Red Cross required Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Previous acute care medical surgical staff nursing experience
preferred Experience with equipment specific to orthopedics:
Traction, CPM, CBC II Assess, plan, evaluates, documents total
nursing process Organized, self-motivated with exceptional
follow-through skills Computer skills necessary; Epic documentation
Multi-task constantly and tolerate multiple interruptions Clear and
effective communication with patients, families, and other
healthcare professionals Compassionate customer service skills
Committed to patient and family satisfaction
