Job Description:
Days - 12 hours shifts -(Occasionally 7 on nights if short
staffed) Weekends and Holiday's are required as needed.
Higher Acuity Step Down- Vents and Cardiac Drips on this unit.
Adult and Geriatric patients -i.e. respiratory, sepsis, post
traumas, biPAP patients and telemetry monitoring. Must have a
minimum of 2 years recent experience. BLS and ACLS is required
(AHA). -546 Bed Hospital- 23 beds in unit. -Basic Arrhythmia
testing required (not on site). -Ratio 1:3-4 -Cerner Charting.
Pixis. No LPN's, usually 3 Nurse Aides to each floor/unit. -RN will
be required to float if needed. Weekend's and Holiday's required as
needed. -On -Call may be required. No self scheduling. Bedside
Documentation.
36 HPW - BLS and ACLS required(AHA). Minimum of 2 years ICU or PCU
experience required. No self scheduling. Cerner Charting. Previous
travel experience preferred, but not required. 26-30 week
contract
