Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid State of Oklahoma Driver's License. DOT Certification or Oklahoma Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred.

Work Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Deliver medically necessary home medical equipment. Educate patient on proper use of equipment in a home setting to include completing written documentation as required. Process all deliveries in an accurate and timely manner. Perform routine preventative maintenance and simple repairs on equipment as required in accordance with policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.

Decision Making: Independent judgment in making minor decisions where alternatives are limited and standard policies/protocols have been established.

Working Relationships: Works directly with patients and/or customers. Works with internal / external customers. Works with other healthcare professionals and staff. Works frequently with individuals at Director level or above.
