Shifts Available:
* OFFERING 12 HOUR SHIFTS, FULL TIME, OR PART TIME OPTIONS -
*7AM-7PM & 7PM-7AM SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Responsibilities: -
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - Performs various duties to provide quality nursing care to residents to maintain or attain their highest practical level of functioning.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - Make rounds to see each resident daily and as needed.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - Assess residents and analyze information to develop appropriate interventions.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - Administer medications and treatments to residents.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - Maintain accountability for controlled substances.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - 12-hour shifts = -3 days on / 4 days off.
Certificates, Licenses: -
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - Current Oklahoma state license to practice as a LPN. (Licensed Practical Nurse)
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - Current CPR certification.
