ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do--------The Registered Nurse (RN) of
MSICU is responsible for delivery of patient care.The successful
candidate will be able to:--
- Coordinate all nursing care for patients based on established
clinical nursing practice standards--
- Collaborating with other professional disciplines to ensure
effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement
of desired patient outcomes-----
- Contributing to the provision of quality nursing care through
performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive
outcomes in patient care--
- Collect patient's health data--
- Analyze assessment data in determining patient
problems-----
- Identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient--
- Develop a comprehensive plan of care that prescribes
interventions to attain expected outcomes--
- Implement interventions identified in the plan of care--
- Evaluate patient's progress toward attainment of
outcomes--
- Assist with the plan of care, evaluate, modify and coordinate
care, and communicate well with other disciplines--
- Delegate task to unlicensed personnel in compliance with the
Board of Nursing--
- Conduct discharge planning, assisting the patient/significant
others to obtain knowledge about illness, injury prevention
- Maintain confidentiality with all information--
- Perform all other duties as assigned-- QualificationsWhat
You'll Bring--
- Valid RN Oklahoma license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program - Associates degree
minimum--
- Must have a passion for excellence--
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- Must demonstrate excellent English grammar and writing
skills
- Professionalism displayed through sound judgement, initiative,
and flexibility--
- Good interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and customer
service skills--
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through
skills--
- Ability to multi-task constantly, react to changes
