ASC-1692 - RN CVOR - Tulsa, OK - 11 Week Contract

Sigma Healthcare Team is looking for a RN CVOR to work in our client's location.

Shift : 06:15 - 14:45
Summary:
Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities: Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Must have experience circulating with heart cases.
Complexity of Work: Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
Personal Protective Equipment: Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Qualifications Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Required Credential(s): Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
One or more of the following: Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
