Responsibilities

What You'll DoThe Cardiovascular RN clinical coordinator is responsible for serving as the RN leader in the Cardiovascular overseeing daily operations and RN scheduling of the cardiac catheterization lab, electrophysiology lab, interventional radiology lab, cardiovascular outpatient pre/post procedural area, stress testing, and cardiac rehab services to ensure maximal efficiency of areas and personnel, coordination of resources and working closely with the manager and director regarding operational issues. Serves as a role model who consistently promotes a positive environment that encourages proactive communication, problem solving, effective time management, and accountability for standards, teamwork and excellent customer service. The incumbent monitors and oversees daily work activities and performance improvement initiatives, ensures compliance with DNV and environment of care standards, departmental policies and procedures and intervenes and documents, when indicated. The incumbent oversees the RN staff competencies, orientation, education, cross training and in coordination with the manager and director, performs performance review process, interviews, hires, counsels and recommends termination, when indicated. The supervisor coordinates the daily schedule and approves time off and the monthly call schedule. The incumbent serves as a resource for all staff.

• Oversees the daily operation and RN scheduling cath, EP, IR labs and CVOP, Stress and cardiac rehab to ensure maximal efficiency of labs and personnel.
  Qualifications
  
  What You'll Bring: At least 1-2 years of Cath lab ExperienceEducation: Graduate from an accredited nursing program.Technical/Formal Training: BLS, ACLS. NIHSS preferred.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Demonstrated leadership abilities; able to work under stressful situations. Possesses good oral and written communication skills. A demonstrated ability in interpersonal relationships which enhances communication, promotes conflict resolutions, and facilitates staff development. Able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served in their area. Licensure: Current OK RN License.What We Offer
