Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30 AM - 05:00 PM, days vary; must take call and work weekends and holidays as needed. Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Experience in circulating open heart cases Job Description: - Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. - Implement and monitor patient care plans effectively. - Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. - Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. - Note and execute physician and nursing orders accurately. - Assess and coordinate patients' discharge planning needs with healthcare team members. - Demonstrate critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. - Capable of working in a stressful environment. - Follow Standard Precautions, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment as required.
