Job Description:

work. Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: --- 24 months of
Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or
compact license (required for submission). --- Local & travel
allowed. Candidates living Pre-employment modules may be required
for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents
you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details: All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the
option of a 36 or 48 hour work week. Flu vaccine must be updated
annually. No Block Scheduling. Current Ascension employees cannot
apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment
separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel
position. In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed
residence must match address on drivers license. If local,
clinician must agree to the lower local pay package to be
submitted. Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a
compact license. 2 references from any number of months
(Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission Proof of
identification required for submission Certifications: --- BLS
(Basic Life Support) --- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
