Job Description:
Seeking a full-time Nurse Manager at UAB Urgent Care Clinic to
oversee clinical and clerical staff, ensure quality care, and meet
financial and regulatory standards.
Supervise hiring, performance evaluations, staff development, and
policy updates aligned with TJC standards.
Monitor patient satisfaction, address complaints, and improve
clinic flow and environment.
Manage budget, control costs, ensure billing accuracy, and maintain
compliance with policies and regulations.
Facilitate communication between staff, physicians, and leadership
through meetings and documentation.
Drive performance improvement by reviewing benchmarks, implementing
PI plans, and meeting dashboard goals.
Oversee staff education, cross-training, and regulatory
accreditation requirements.
Requires RN license, Bachelor--------s degree in Nursing, 5+ years
of experience, including 2+ in leadership.
