nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN
- Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel Telemetry RN – Night Shift Tulsa, OK
74104 Provide direct nursing care following established policies,
procedures, and protocols • Monitor, record, and communicate
patient condition as appropriate • Serve as primary coordinator of
care across disciplines • Carry out physician and nursing orders •
Assess and coordinate discharge planning with the care team
Complexity of Work: • Requires strong critical thinking, decisive
judgment, and independence • Must be able to work in a high-stress
environment with minimal supervision PPE: Follows Standard
Precautions using required protective equipment Requirements: •
Active RN license • 1–2 years of recent Telemetry experience • BLS
& ACLS certifications • Must reside at least 100 miles from the
