guidelines - Daily Rate Options: - Pediatric Dentistry:
$1,200–$1,400/day - General Dentistry: $800–$1,100/day - % of Net
Production Option: - Pediatric: 35%–40% - General: 20%–25% - Higher
of Daily Rate or Net Production Paid - Patient Volume: - General:
25–30 patients/day (includes operative procedures) - Support for
