Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVICU - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 12/29/2025 - Duration: 52 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Direct Hire Opportunity – CICU RN | Saint Francis Health System, Tulsa, OK ? Position: CICU RN – Direct Hire ? Facility: Saint Francis Health System, Yale Campus – Tulsa, OK ? Pay Range:$48– $51/hr (Based on Experience) differential pay ? Schedule: Full-time | Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12s per week) ? Role Highlights: - 18-bed Cardiovascular ICU serving cardiovascular surgery, MCS, and cardiac critical care patients - RN-to-patient ratio: 1:1 or 1:2 - Collaborative care with intensivists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams - Manage post-op surgical patients, ventilators, Impella, IABP, ECMO, CRRT, and vasoactive drips ? Requirements: - Valid Oklahoma or compact RN license - Current BLS and ACLS - Minimum 3 years of CVICU experience with open-heart surgery recovery - Experience with Mechanical Circulatory Support devices (Impella, IABP, ECMO, LVAD) 09 About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
