Job Description:
NICU Medical Director Opening in Tulsa, OK Located in Tulsa,
OKFull-time, permanent Overview: - Lead the Neonatal Intensive Care
Unit (NICU) in Tulsa, Oklahoma's only Level IV NICU, plus
affiliated sites - NICU expanded into its 58-bed facility in 2012 -
Provide clinical leadership for the NICU, including direct patient
care involvement - Supervise and mentor neonatologists, neonatal
nurse practitioners, neonatal hospitalists, residents, and other
NICU staff - Oversee the development and execution of
individualized care plans for NICU patients - Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, multidisciplinary
patient care - Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance
patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction - Ensure compliance with
all relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and participate
