Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Tulsa, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,780 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74104! Job Title: RN Telemetry I Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision Description: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Requires critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a stressful environment. Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required. Cares for various cardiac needs including post-operative care. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:4-6. The unit is supported by patient care technicians and a healthcare unit coordinator. Utilization of virtual sitter monitoring is available as well as monitor technicians to oversee those on telemetry. Serves a diverse population of all ages.
