the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find
a qualified Telemetry RN in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74104! Job Title: RN
Telemetry I Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: RN License Certifications:
BLS, NIH Certification Description: Provides direct nursing care in
accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of
the healthcare organization. Implements and monitors patient care
plans. Monitors, records, and communicates patient conditions as
appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for
well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and
nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge
planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Requires
critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to
work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful
environment. Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective
equipment as required. Cares for cardiac needs including
post-operative care. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:4-6. Supported by
Patient Care Technicians and a Healthcare Unit Coordinator.
Utilization of virtual sitter monitoring is available as well as
monitor technicians to monitor those on telemetry. Serves a
population of all ages. Nurses work together in teams and receive
support from Patient Care Technicians and unit secretaries. 5
