Job Description OB/GYN FACULTY - Academic Appointment with OU Tulsa, Oklahoma The University of Oklahoma is seeking OB/GYN Faculty to join the growing department in the School of Community Medicine on the Tulsa campus. This is an exciting opportunity to combine teaching, clinical practice, and academic engagement while serving a diverse patient population in an expanding program. Position Highlights: · 90% clinical / 10% academic role · Supervise and teach residents across L&D, clinic, OR, and ER settings · Mentor medical students and residents; participate in academic conferences and advising · Engage in scholarly activity (research encouraged but not required) · Flexible options to see personal patients outside of resident supervision if desires · OR Time: 1 OR day every other week, plus access to robotic surgery (DaVinci, V-Notes) · Clinic: Monday- Friday 8am-12pm & 1pm-5pm and call rotation with call pay Compensation & Benefits: · Salary Range: $280,000–$340,000 (commensurate with experience, rank, productivity and call) · Potential Retention bonus – up to $30k · Relocation Assistance - up to $10k · CME allowance: $5,000/year and 1-week allotted time · Employer is PSLF-eligible · 6 weeks PTO · Loan Forgiveness programs available · Retirement plan options available Qualifications: · MD, DO, or equivalent degree · Graduation from ACGME or AOA residency for women’s health or related specialty. · Board Certified or eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology or related specialty. · Possession of a valid and unrestricted Oklahoma medical license (by date of hire), good references, and an exemplary practice history (as applicable). · Visa sponsorship is available About the Community · Tulsa, OK offers an ideal blend of affordability, culture, and quality of life. · The cost of living is well below the national average, allowing you to enjoy spacious housing and a comfortable lifestyle. · The city boasts vibrant arts and music scene, award-winning restaurants, and year-round community events. · Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate quick access to parks, trails, and lakes, while families benefit from excellent schools and safe neighborhoods.
