Job Description Warren Clinic, the largest physician group in the state with over 95 locations and over 400 physicians throughout eastern Oklahoma, is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join their team! This is an excellent opportunity to establish a successful practice with a large referral network from the Saint Francis Health System. Requirements: - Employed position through Warren Clinic - Board Certified/Board Eligible (Must become BC within 7 years of completing training) - General Otolaryngology with some sub-specialties considered Benefits Package: - Health and Dental Insurance - Life Insurance - Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance - Long Term Disability Insurance - 401k/403b/457b Employer Match Participation - Professional Liability Coverage - Vacation (25 days plus 7 federally recognized holidays) - Relocation Assistance - Recruitment Loan - CME Allowance of up to $5,000 annually Candidate Parameters: - New graduates and experienced candidates - Osteopathic and allopathic candidates will be considered Population Served: - Pediatrics & Adult Practice Support: - Administrative Staff: Clinic Director & Office Supervisor - Audiologist: 2.5 - Clinical Assistants: 4 - Patient Service Representatives: 2 Clinic Details: - Equipment: - Audio booth (2) - Tympanometer - VNG - Pediatric and Adult flexible fiberoptic scopes - Pediatric and Adult rigid endoscopes - Olympus towers (3) - Audiology services: OAE’s, ABR’s, ECOG’s, VNG’s, and standard audiometric testing - EMR: EPIC Hospital Privileges: - Full hospital privileges - Full service Hospitalist Program available for pediatric and adult inpatient needs Operating Rooms: - 31 OR’s total – recently remodeled - Scheduled OR block time (7:15am start) - Operating Room Availability: 1-2 days per week - Turnaround time (wheels in/out) – 28 minutes - Equipment: Medtronic Stealth, Zeiss Microscopes, DaVinci Robot(s), XI, SI Natalie Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC): - OR Count: 8 OR’s total - Turnaround time (wheels in/out): 15 minutes - Equipment: Medtronic Stealth, Leica Microscopes, DaVinci Robot Schedule: - Clinic/Surgery days are per physician preference - Typically 3-4 days in clinic, 1-2 days in OR Call: - Hospital/ER call: Q 8 Expected Volume: - Surgical volume: 10-25 cases per week for each provider - Clinic volume: 75-100 patients per week for each provider (20-25 patients/day) Referral Pattern: - Internal referral network - Warren Clinic is the largest physician group in the state with over 400 physicians and 90 clinic locations Procedures: - Clinic: General scope of ENT - Surgery case mix: FESS, Thyroids, Parathyroids, Parotidectomies, Tympanomastoids, Tympanoplasties, Pediatric Tracheal Stenosis, Cochlear implants, Osseointegrated implants, Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, Myringotomies, Laryngoscopies, Teaching Opportunity: - Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine - University of Oklahoma College of Medicine - Medical Students and Residents often rotate - Teaching appointment is based on physician preference, not required
