Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVOR Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 01/25/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, flexible - Employment Type: Travel Current 2 years of CVOR tech exp required Travel experience required M-F (10 hour shift), 4 days per week. 8-9 Call days per month. Weekday Call is from 5:30p to 7:00a. "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. HCRR Job Summary:/n/nProvides procedural support to physicians including hemodynamic, electrophysiologic monitoring, sterile technique, and radiologic support; maintains a well-stocked and clean work environment./n/n /n/nJob Responsibilities:/n/n-Understands general use of radiologic and monitoring equipment./n/n-Performs departmental functions within Epic; communicates with technical coordinator, material coordinator, or CVT III's to maintain equipment and supply./n/n-Operates specialized equipment according to protocols./n/n-Assists physician in using specialized equipment during procedures (i.e. IVUS, pressure wire, Possess, IABP, Bloom stimulator, EPT and Medtronic RF sources, etc.)./n/n-Attends vendor in-services to learn new equipment./n/n-Supports new technologies./n/n-Performs patient care appropriate to the patient population./n/n-Assists in transporting patients to and from the department./n/n-Performs appropriate patient care in a sterile environment under the guidance of the physician and RN./n/n-Assists in other areas of cardiology if needed as directed by the CVS Manager./n/n-Supports unit/hospital goals through PI and educational activities./n/n-Attends mandatory in-services and meets department educational standards; accurately completes any variance reports; modifies behaviors or performance to comply with care standards and meets department requirements./n/n-Stocking/departmental maintenance./n/n-Performs environmental scrub downs to promote an aseptic environment./n/n-Assists in setting procedure rooms up each AM (i.e. transducers, etc.)./n/n-Performs any other necessary functions as deemed necessary by the CVS Manager./n/n-Communicates with material coordinator concerning supply issues and technical coordinator concerning equipment issues and/or CVS Manager./n/n-Independent judgment in planning the sequence of operations and making decisions in a complex technical or professional field./n/n-Works directly with patients and/or customers. Works with internal customers via telephone or face to face interaction./n/n-Works with external customers via telephone or face to face interaction./n/n-Works with other healthcare professionals and staff./n/n-Works frequently with individuals at Director level or above.
