Job Description:

currently seeking a dedicated RN Registered Nurse specialized in
Neuro Stepdown to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused
on advancing neurological recovery and managing patient care. This
position provides a unique opportunity to work alongside top
neurology professionals in a supportive and advanced healthcare
setting. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established
policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate
using computerized documentation systems. Assess and coordinate
patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare
team. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Manage care of
patients experiencing life-threatening problems requiring complex
assessment, high intensity therapies and interventions. Educate
patients and families on prevention and healthy habits. Participate
in the development of patient management plans, collaborating with
a wide range of healthcare professionals. Strong assessment and
monitoring skills Ability to operate complex medical equipment High
level of proficiency in neuro-specific clinical skills Excellent
communication and empathy skills Ability to work effectively in a
high-stress environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse License for
the state in which the nurse practices. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certified by the American Heart Association or equivalent. Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
Certification in Neurological Care (CNRN) is advantageous but not
required.
